We have an opportunity for a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest.

The Channel Marketing Specialist will manage projects and improve processesrelated to driving sales force effectiveness, channel partner operations, andmarketing efficiencies.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership incommunicating business goals, programs, and processes. In this role you willutilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and executeobjectives for self and others, and can affect short-term and some long-termbusiness goals.

Collaboratively consults with other sales & marketingcolleagues to support strategic business needs while improving theeffectiveness and efficiency of processes, programs, and infrastructure.

Channel Marketing Specialist responsibilities :

  • Support implementation of digital marketing projects
  • Conduct analysis of historical reporting and current data
  • Assist in analysis of account, LOB and contact data, including customer data for monthly report outs
  • Conduct daily operations of consistent and repeatable processes for the organization
  • Project manage maintenance of shared knowledge portal and repository of best practices
  • Ad hoc process improvements through stakeholder interviewing
  • Assist in logistics of annual marketing planning meeting
  • Assist in ensuring accurate and reliable data flow by facilitating standardization in use of system & terminology
  • Help measure data management, including databasereadiness metrics and metrics that capture
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 4-5 years of working experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer marketing, services marketing & customer experience roles
  • At least 1-3 additional years of experience in a project management, process excellence or quality
  • Experience working with SAP, SFDC, project management software and data reporting tools such as Tableau or Business Objects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
