Ultimately, you will assist in ensuring that our financials are healthy and profitable (and / or identify areas for improvement) and aligns with business objectives as you will :
Deploy and implement finance insights tools across the organization by creating, utilizing and advancing standard reporting analysis platforms and data structures
Designs and / or re-designs reports, integrate data, planning and analysis reports, documents support procedures, leads work streams, with a continuous improvement mindset and outcomes
Crafts daily, weekly, monthly reports as needed to track financial performance (product costing, functions budgeting, forecast, etc.
while working with tight daily deadlines
Builds strong cross-functional partnerships with all key partners globally to develop and refine reporting requirements
Creative and innovative in identifying solutions to best fit the business and key partners' needs
Understand partners and business needs and capture them in meaningful reporting development and evolution
Connect with different departments to collect the data and develop trusting relationships through open communication to all parties involved
Develop a sound knowledge of information flow within the ERP database system and how this ties together within entire information flow
Present and explain information to diverse audiences in a commonly understood way
Provide financial expertise and know-how to all the departments as needed (Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service)

For this role, you should hold a degree in Finance / Accounting or similar field followed by relevant work experience, including :
Evolving knowledge and agility of manufacturing accounting, especially in areas like costing accounting in order to clearly determine performance evaluation and drive further business decision-making.
Seeking opportunities for operational improvement and engaging in the design process, while getting consensus are essential to individual and organization growth.
Growing and supporting financial planning processes and forecasting models.
