JOB PURPOSE & KEY OBJECTIVES :
The key objective of a Business Consultant at ADP is to support the Sales and Business Consulting team with RFP answering (Requests for Proposal).
A large part of them include questionnaires covering topics like functionalities, services delivery, implementation, technical requirements, etc.
To execute this objective, the Business Consultant will use content materials, stored in a dedicated tool, named RFPIO (third party platform) that allows to store standard answers to questionnaires, standard proposals, etc.
The Business Consultant will have the responsibility to administrate RFPIO.
As part of the Bid Management and Demos team, the Business Consultant will work closely with the Bid Managers, but also frequently directly with District Managers (DMs).
The Business Consultant will also be responsible of the content management for ADP's offerings within the country's portfolio .
The Business Consultant will gather generic content directly from Subject Matter Experts.
In addition to this role and as an expert of ADP products, the Business Consultant will deliver first level presentations of local platforms (iHCM2, Workforce Manager, etc.
in webcast mode (demo delivery). The Business Consultant will also produce Demo recordings that will be use as Sales Materials by DMs.

Engaging SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and other internal stakeholders in regular content creation and validation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Dutch : native speaker / writer or fluent (C2)
English : fluent speaker / writer or fluent (C2)
Candidate should have high level of skill in technical writing in English / Dutch language. The candidate should be able to summarize or rephrase some answer provided by subject matter expert or existing content, depending on the level of details required by the RFP.
Candidate must be also comfortable with talking in English / Dutch with diverse audiences, appropriately adjusts technical content to meet differing knowledge and interest, and juggling meetings with multiple audience levels.
