Candidatul ideal

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in FMCG sales management ( IKA and TT channels)
  • Higher education : economics, management;
  • Strong organizing and analythical thinking skills;
  • Positive and oriented attitude for finding solutions;
  • Very good speaking and written command of the English language;
  • Abilities to motivate the subordinate team.

  • Coordinates the sales activity on IKA and TT channels;
  • Effectively creates and implements the sales strategy to increase sales;
  • Negociates the contracts and permanent development of sales relationships with customers;
  • Pursues national coverage with an efficient distribution network;
  • Proposes new products portfolio according to market trend and needs, including private label strategy;
  • Monitors all the time, with the sales and marketing team, the market and the competition;
  • Establishes the targets for the sales team and follows their achievement;
  • Prepares reports and proposes solutions to improve processes, sales results and maximize profitability.
