We're looking for an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Contract Engineer who will be responsible for designing, overseeing, administering, and maturing the IGA solution to govern and administer identities through all users’ lifecycles at an international company.
As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team, you will work closely with the IAM Architect and PAM Engineer to help ensure that the company's global identity management tools and processes work together seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining the IGA solution and adding capabilities and applications as planned
Managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the solution
Onboarding applications brought forward by the Business Analyst and IAM Architect
Configuring tools for new applications and legacy applications
Developing roles mapped to authorization models (AD, etc.)
Developing workflows for entitlement assignment
Developing access request flows, IdLCM flows and processes and Access Review flows
Working with application owners as needed to onboard applications
Installing new functionality on the IGA tool as identified by the IAM Director
Acting as an SME for projects that have an identity component
Working with owners of systems integrated with IGA (ITSM, AD, other) to maintain full capability and update with changes to IGA
Cross training with other IAM Solution Owners / Admins to cover as needed
Key Stakeholders
Global teams across IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, Corporate Audit.
Key and Desired Skills
University degree in a related field, or equivalent multiyear experience as Operations Engineer, Service Desk or other internal customer facing IT roles
3+ years of work experience in an IAM role at a medium to large company
Experience with one or more market-leading IGA solutions
Experience with Active Directory
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
Understanding of RBAC, ABAC and similar approaches towards access management
Very good understanding of IdLCM, Orphan control etc.
Real life experience in IGA solution implementation and daily operations
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a busy working environment
A team player
Troubleshooting mindset
Ability to communicate clearly with relevant Stakeholders
Business fluency in spoken and written English.
