As a Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for decisive support of Outdoor and Indoor Sales team with the aim to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of both teams, sales and service support for targeted accounts, existing customers and / or specified programs.
Sales Support Specialist ensures highest customer satisfaction by handling and coordinating customer requests, i.e. quotations, claims and reports.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Preparing statistics and sales / customer analysis
Observing data quality in CRM system for branch or country sales performance
Organizing meetings, conferences and events
Compiling customer presentations
Initiating more in-depth meetings / visits or calls with outside sales representatives
Creating offers for outdoor sales team
Following-up on offers
Sales related analysis for customers and internal statistics
Constructing a prospective sales pipeline, allocating prospects and leading across assigned sales executives
Serving as a liaison between the sales, marketing and customer service departments
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum one year experience within the freight, transportation or logistics industry (preferably having worked during that time within International Operations, i.
e. Air, Ocean, Ground and / or Contract Logistics)
Very good command of English
Self-discipline and self-motivation with a strong customer focus and feeling for qualitative work
Creativity and analytical skills in your tasks and assignments
Knowledge & Skills : MS Excel
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to act on own initiative
Persuasiveness & high degree of enthusiasm
