As a Back-Office Representative, you will :
Prepare service and repair offerings, make offers for general revision to customers, send them to the customers and maintain an excellent relationship with them;
Ensure the signing of the contract in the final form, after the negotiations between the customer Schindler Management is completed;
Communicate and collaborate permanently with filed employees to meet customer needs and requests;
Ensure the correct completion of the service invoices as well as the timely issue and communication, according to the contract;
Ensure the necessary proof of receipt and acceptance of the invoices by the client;
Maintain and update the database on : employees, technical equipment, customers and contracts;
Contribute to maintaining and strengthening the customer relationship by asking for customer’s feedback on speed and quality of provided services;
Acknowledge and prevent potential customer dissatisfaction and intention to terminate the contract.
Keep track of repair orders, ensuring delivery of replacement parts and obtaining customer feedback.

Excellent communication skills;
Positive and engaging attitude as well as solid work ethics;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment;
Ability to work under-pressure, with tight deadlines;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Technical studies as well as 1-2 years’ work-related experience in a similar role (back-office / customer support) would be a plus;
Equivalent knowledge and experience using SAP would be a plus.
Fluent Romanian and good command of English.
