The Sr. Finance Transformation Manager is responsible for managing all changes from Finance perspective (projects or other initiatives), coordinating Bank projects from Finance perspective.
Is focused on process management and identifying improvements for all Finance processes and it’s managing all finance data.
This Sr, Finance Manager should be able also to manage all Finance responsibilities from the Internal Control perspective
Manage all changes from Finance perspective coming from the Bank, Group or external regulators (responsible for : design, coordination, documentations and implementation);
Define and implement new products, services, projects or other initiative;
Actively involved in building the bridge between Finance and Business very close to Business Partnering also.
SPOC for IT developments department & external supplier related to all Finance changes. Manage internal resources allocated to projects and IT resources for finance projects.
Design new processes for Finance organization based on new requirements / legislation (internal or external). Continuously focusing on improving the existing processes.
Data management for Finance data based on the Bank Data Management Governance.;
For the Internal Control role should be able to coach, facilitate and challenge the control owners he / she is overseeing as well as the local CFO to ensure that the company is addressing operating and financial reporting risks appropriately related to SOX or other Finance control standards.
What you bring to the team
Banking & Accounting experience & knowledge (regulations, market)
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Project management;
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a continuosly dinamic situations
Very well organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Minimum 4+ years of accounting (BIG 4 experience a plus), internal audit or operational risk management experience;
An understanding of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the COSO 2013 internal controls framework.
