Working at NTT Key Responsibilities Works with lead SME stakeholders to identify service improvement and innovation opportunities within the Contract Management Tower Supports and works to develop roadmap along with SME stakeholders and to expand scope of shared services to include additional processes and business units.
Ensures that the overall operation supports the company mission and values statements and that all organizational activities are carried out in compliance with the company code of conduct, policy and procedural directives.
Ensures positive reputation of the Contract Management Team and increases company’s awareness in the industry to attract and retain people.
Ensures the Contract Mgmt processes Tower fully deliver with all Service deliverables commitment as stated in the SLA while ensuring the business operating model at ContractManagement process is working towards optimum level partnering with IT and other relevant parties.
Collaborates with all Tower leads in the Romania center to ensure consistency and standardization of service delivered to GSSC customers and also to ensure global alignment.
Tactfully manages all escalation, if any, and provides consistent improvements towards optimization that ultimately delivered better quality of service at a more efficient cost.
Leadership : Supports direct reports enabling and motivating Contract Management employees to make high quality decisions and provide effective service to staff and promote collaboration with the rest of managers that report abroad.
Creates and inspires a supportive climate by keeping employees motivated and focused on the business priorities. Sponsors organizational projects and ensures initiatives are implemented and operational.
Drives Key Stakeholder Management : Drives KPIs and Metrics (Global and Domestic). Establishes and oversees the key metrics to ensure organization is operating at peak efficiency Drives Data Quality to a 95% standard Ensures consistent delivery of services which exceed business partner expectations.
Actively communicates and manages change within GSSC and across business partners, working alongside SMEs and Tower Lead.
Build and maintain productive relationships within the GSSC Contract Management Tower by collaborating across (countries, affiliates) and Finance departments, building trust, commitment, accountability and results with all clients Point of client escalation from Team Leads and prior to involvement of senior leadership.
Supports with senior Contracts Lead to identify opportunities for any contract renewal & order management process improvement.
Responsible for the optimal deployment of Contract Team Leads personnel. Makes recommendations for coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize team’s productivity.
Supports a change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leadership stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment and job models Staff Management : Develop goals, objectives and performance expectations at a macro level and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving results.
Supports the Development and implementation of succession planning within the GSSC Fosters environment which drives employee retention and performance.
understanding of system generally used in a services organization; Leadership skills in managing global teams and experience of leading multi-workstream and change management projects.
Ability to operate both at the strategic and, where required, detailed level. A strong level of general business acumen, and think conceptually, identify and address future challenges and opportunities, often in an ambiguous environment Self-starter and have an affinity for technology’s ability to drive efficiencies and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Education Requirements : Completion of a Degree is preferable in a related field Working towards completion of an ITIL certification is preferable Required Experience : Significant related experience gained within a related technology services environment Demonstrated experience gained within a related technology services environment
