RINA, a global company with 160 years of experience across multiple industries, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bucharest, managing projects for Europe Cluster.
What your role will involve Variety, excitement and fast pace! You’ll partner with relevant stakeholders to provide the shortlist of candidates for various roles.
Your key responsibilities will include : Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
Designing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements. Performing reference checks as needed. Facilitating the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Managing onboarding and new hire process. Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations . What we are looking for Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3 years of recruiting experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and English Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable making decisions independently Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders What’s in it for you Excellent induction, quick integration, and opportunities for professional development.
