A new and rewarding role is now available for a Marketing Data Scientist working within a newly formed global marketing Center of Expertise that provides analytic and data science-based solutions to improve the value and velocity of the lead-to-order process, specifically the contribution made by marketing towards business pipeline growth.

We solve real business problems, improve customer experience and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities :

In this role you will be responsible for modelling complex data problems, discover insights and identify business growth opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques.

The data you use will be varied and multi-faceted and the insights you generate along the way will prove invaluable. We are constantly looking to utilise more varied structured, semi-structured and unstructured data sources to bring additional dimensions into our analysis.

A key part of your role will be to seek out those sources and spot opportunities. You are comfortable in communicating analysis, findings and recommendations to various stakeholders and senior executives, create compelling data driven stories and support your outputs and findings.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll be expected to share your skills, offer support and build a reputation of being an SME in Data Science.

In this role you will collaboration with the EMEA Customer Insights and Business Intelligence team to support both EMEA and global marketing initiatives :

  • Develop and implement advance predictive models and optimization algorithms;
  • Produce analytical work that is customer & business focused;
  • Discover trends, patterns and stories told by the data and present them to stakeholders and senior executives;
  • Leverage new open data sources and extract further value from existing company data;
  • Produce creative data visualizations and intuitive graphics to present complex analytics;
  • Leverage state-of-the-art data mining and machine learning algorithms to drive business value;
  • Communicate analysis, findings and recommendations to various stakeholders and senior executives.
