Overall sales and new business ownership of the Refinitiv trading solutions offering
Develop, own and execute sales strategies for Trading solutions within the assigned territory
Proactively generate new opportunities in the banking and corporate area
Develop and lead large scale sales opportunities, through the full sales cycle, with the specific goal of offering the client a solution that will benefit his workflow
Focus on customer's satisfaction, work on understanding customer's business, workflows and priorities, develop high value contact network at all levels of client’s organization
Lead customer presentations and demos, workshops and meetings for the purposes of winning new business
Lead sales campaigns and participate in marketing events as a proposition specialist
Develop and maintain a rolling 12 months Pipeline
Maintain accurate customer contact and opportunity data in CRM
Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, keeping top management engaged with the business in a timely fashion, analyses impact from intelligence on competitor activity and provides feedback to Senior management
Hold relationships with key industry associations & stakeholders.
Several years of industry and market experience
Deep financial markets understanding, including deep knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) industry. Knowledge of Foreign Exchange platforms and key players
Strong understanding of Trading business model workflows, from pre-trade to trade & post trade operations
Self-motivated, creative, open minded, results oriented, problem-solver with willingness to learn and with proven abilities to build strong customer and key account relations
World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition / consultative selling)
Proven track record of success and targets achievement
Presentation skills (verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal skills & team working attitude
Ability to organize and execute a sales plan
Good set of social skills
Experience selling to C- level executives
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Fluency in English
Also nice to have :
Technical knowledge of trading related infrastructures and workflows would be a great plus
Knowledge of Refinitiv Eikon, FX Trading, FXall, Electronic Trading, Matching and Dealing is desirable
Fluency in any CEE languages would be an advantage
Certifications from relevant financial market industry bodies are a plus
