With strong project management skills, a strategic approach to developing and implementing campaigns that support across the buyer journey, and an executional mind-

set, this job provides the opportunities to influence our customers (distributors, OEMs, contractors, end users) along their buying journey that will deliver Honeywell results.

  • Provide integrated marketing leadership for allocated product and solutions portfolios, market segments / verticals at global and / or regional level;
  • Plan, develop, execute and measure integrated marketing communications strategies, plans, programs, campaigns and content to drive business growth and enhance Honeywell as the vendor of choice with our customers;
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including GBE Product Marketing, Management, Strategy, Sales teams, in content, messaging, campaigns, digital presence and major events, with focus on demand generation, E2E process approach and business growth;
  • Lead content development and web improvements for customer website;
  • Manage agency partners from concept to execution to evaluation, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget and on brand.
  • Include appropriate stakeholders;
  • Plan and manage the flow of leads from campaigns and events into marketing automation systems and to sales team stakeholders to maximize pipeline generation and conversion;
  • Integrated CRM and Marketing Automation proficient;
  • Effectively manage budgets and track performance of the activities to evaluate ROI;
  • Coordinating regional content creation and localization (use cases, case studies, customer references) working in close alignment with businesses;
  • Ensure alignment to corporate and business brand strategy, identity and tone of voice;
  • Being always updated with industry trends, customers’ preferences, experiences and looking for ways to better reach the high potential market segments and develop the businesses.

    YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA
  • Significant experience in Communications and / or Marketing
  • Cross-functional team experience
  • Experience managing marketing teams and professionals
  • Solid collaboration and team management skills
  • Experience executing B2B marcom
  • Experience executing social and digital marketing plans in a B2B environment
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to make strong business cases that lead to management support for programs
  • Excellent business writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication and presentation skills.
  • WE VALUE

  • Some experience with executing Marcom in B2B & B2C
  • Both corporate and agency leadership experience a plus.
