Would you like to be part of this journey? Your mission : Accelerate the UiPath automation business with innovative, effective marketing for our industry-leading Orchestrator product, and amplify our investments in security and related areas to ensure customer and partner understanding.
This role is based in Bucharest, Romania and reports remotely to the Director of Core Platform Product Marketing based in our Bellevue, WA office.
You would be joining a diverse global marketing team used to operating independently with strong virtual teaming, as well as having the opportunity to work in our Bucharest office where the majority of the Orchestrator product team and some other marketing team members are based.
This is what you'll do at UiPath :
B2B Go-to-Market : Develop B2B go-to-market and launch plans for new Orchestrator and security features and products;
Messaging and Positioning : Develop the market-facing story of UiPath’s management and security capabilities and differentiation.
Craft key messaging and positioning to drive marketing campaigns and content, including blog articles, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, web pages and other marketing collateral;
Partnership with Product Management : Collaborate with Orchestrator product management and product security leaders to define the value proposition of key new features.
Influence UiPath’s near and long-term feature roadmap. Be a subject matter expert on UiPath’s Orchestration and security capabilities and solutions;
Audience Marketing : Work closely with PMM’s to tailor appropriate messaging for key audiences, including enterprise Automation leaders, CSO and CIO roles and their organizations;
Sales Enablement : Function as a bridge between Product and Sales to simplify product features into tangible customer benefits.
Develop or assist GTM teams with enablement assets and training materials including sales plays and content, battle cards, demo training videos, and playbooks;
Cross-functional leadership : As a leader of your business area, coordinate across marketing, business development, sales, and channel teams to land a coordinated story in market;
Agility and Scale : We are at a unique stage in our growth, and you will need to balance the ability to move fast with delivering the scale and quality expected of a mature enterprise software company in this critical piece of our product portfolio.
This is what you'll bring to UiPath :
5+ years of enterprise B2B product marketing experience in related areas. Experience in automation, enterprise Infrastructure or enterprise Security solution marketing is a plus;
Knowledge and experience in marketing to audiences with a wide range of technical and non-technical understanding;
Communication and storytelling skills : You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You’re a skilled storyteller who can translate the capabilities of UiPath products into tangible customer value;
Background in content creation for software products or, ideally, enterprise management and / or security solutions;
Strong program and project management skills : you thrive in cross functional environments and can influence a wide range of stakeholders to drive desired outcomes;
You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership. You thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. You’re able to flex between strategic planning and detailed execution.
