Officer - Contracts administration" job, means the administration of commercial leasing contracts and staff support services to various levels within the leasing department.
The Role You'll Play
Administrate the leasing contracts :
Extract the main points, including summaries;
Follow up on contractual terms;
Preparing and sending notification according to the contracts;
Checking the guarantee bank letters;
Checking the Insurances issued by the tenants;
Administrative support (if needed) for management and colleagues within the leasing department;
Organizing internal meetings and other specific events;
Preparing the Minutes of Meetings;
Reporting on request;
Preparing the documents for signatures File.

Banking / Primary accounting / Real Estate knowledge will be an advantage ;
