The Technical Writer is a professional writer who designs, writes, creates, maintains, and updates technical documentation -
including online help, user guides, white papers, design specifications, system manuals, and other documents.
Role and responsibilities
Work with product implementation team, to deliver client specific document :
o Create the software architecture specification
o Create the API documentation
o Create the end-user documentation
o Create the ERD diagrams / DB diagrams
A real team player
Have good communication skills
Skills and iterests
1-2 years experience in writing and editing end user documents like User Manuals, Installation Guides, System Administrator
At least 1-2 years experience in software development
MS Visio knowledge
Excellent command of the English language and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear concise and simple written form is required.
