Our client is looking for a front-end web developer experienced in cross-platform application development (iOS, Android, web) using React, React-native and tooling around these technologies.
Proficiency with testing frameworks and test-driven development is required.
This is an opportunity to build a product from the ground up with an ambitious team with years of experience. The Senior Front-End Developer will lead the development of an iOS, Android and web applications for an extremely demanding industry.
Scope, plan, develop and deliver early phase product features on time and to standard
Build prototype systems and enjoy exploring new ideas
Determining the prioritization and estimation of new features and improvements
Work with the team to prioritize and resource technology roadmap
Work with junior frontend developers, mentoring them and guiding them through proper execution of their tasks
Documenting product requirements, progress and responsibilities
Research and evaluate new methodologies and technologies that improve the quality, reliability, and performance across multiple operating systems
Take a leadership position in defining UX and SEO strategy
Responsibilities :
BSc in Computer Science (or equivalent)
5+ years’ experience in web application product development
Experience developing with React and React-native
Experience developing with JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, CSS
Experience using JSON, XML, AJAX and jQuery
Practical experience with backend technologies, preferably Java web stack
Knowledge of Docker, AWS
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and present the products
Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
