Project Manager Expense Global Process Owner Org 14930.Project Manager 3.INFTECH.TECH.IC3 Source-to-Procure Global Process Owner Responsibilities : This position is a project manager role within the Expense Global Process Organization.

The focus of this role will be leading projects related to policy, processes and tools used in the Expense Reimbursement process.

Projects will include corporate initiative driven requirements, employee experience improvements, improvements to back office processing and auditing functions, and other projects deemed necessary for the business.

This role will be expected to assess situations, make recommendations and drive the resulting projects through to completion always with a focus on improving the employee experience, ensuring proper financial controls are achieved and automating processes.

This role will also be responsible for managing the partnership with the Global Corporate Card team to timely address challenges, identify longer term solutions and opportunities, and collaborate on future business needs.

Skills and experience you’ll need :

  • Comfortable working in fast paced, dynamically changing deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues at both a strategic and tactical level
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to gather and analyze data, identify and interpret trends, create solutions to solve complex challenges
  • Ability to develop creative and effective solutions that may be unique or new to the Oracle business, comfort with challenging the normal or standard legacy processes, policies, and approaches
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, educate and gain buy-in across multiple functions and levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate and present complex concepts to varying audiences
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Experience with Oracle Expenses Cloud a plus

    Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.

    Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers / partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs / impact assessments.

    Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-

    time delivery within budget constraints.

    Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.

    BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically 5 years of project management, product design or related experience needed.
