Your day in Conectys :
The Team Manager provides leadership to employees in their team (15-20 agents);
Leads employees by monitoring the quality and quantity of the performance of daily work and supervising, instructing, coaching and motivating employees;
Performance appraisals. Conduct performance appraisal and development interviews with team members;
Initiating exit procedures if necessary;
Recruitment and Selection. Depending on the organization, a manager may be involved in the process of recruiting and selecting new employees, staff orientation and training, maintaining a safe work environment, and personal development of staff.
You come with :
PC Literate with Microsoft office;
Language : C1 German + B2 English;
Experience in a travel industry is a plus;
Experience with Quality Monitoring is a must (not necessarily to have a specific role in QA but to have experience in performing QA tasks);
At least 3-4 years of experience in a customer care environment, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
