Part of Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Branding Specialist will drive EVP campaign roll out via TA to the countries served by HR SSO, so that it aides the Recruitment strategy.
The main responsibility will be towards creating, driving, measuring, and updating the strategy for the Cluj site in Romania, and to operationalize the EVP strategy for recruiters & local HR to deploy in the sites outside of Romania.
The TA Operational Branding Specialist will create concepts, drive the strategies, measure success and suggest improvements.
Works closely together with Global EVP and local communications / Talent Managers in adapting the global EVP strategy to a local one, supporting and guiding recruiters to the best use of tools, visuals and routes to market.
Fully responsible for adapting and deploying a strong EVP strategy for the market in Cluj Napoca, RO, to support ramp ups and business as usual for the sites
Coordinating employer branding strategy deployment and events in Cluj (e.g. career fairs, people events & workshops), ordering promotional materials, translation of materials, internal communications for the sites in Cluj
Build key tactics to identify opportunities and solutions to support Recruiters and local employer brand goals for locations in Europe
Engage with our community, and collaborate to create and develop relevant materials for brand (ex. Visuals for Recruitment, texts to use in sharing roles, updated Job adverts ,research partnerships with job boards and aggregators, coordinate job fair presence and university recruitment campaigns etc)
Develop and implement metrics to measure effectiveness and value of programs per countries, to drive operational recruitment;
Enhance metrics and analytics strategy to measure employer brand effectiveness and ROI;
Implementing innovative recruitment marketing solutions and trends
Creating executional guidelines, frameworks & toolkits for Recruiters to use on a day to day basis
Create internal and external awareness, and take the lead in designing events and initiatives to boost our brand as an employer of choice;
Execute and delivers internal and external communications, including various marketing materials, newsletters, employee videos / testimonials, social media campaigns, digital banners, posters.
Develop targeted brand promotion plans for key projects and ensures an aligned communication;
Create, measure and maximize the strategy for each social media channel (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain point of contact for partner vendor relationships, including with the NGOs.
Research current labor market and technology trends and ensure the attraction of the right-fit candidates;
Establish budget forecasts for each project or program;
Proactively plan and manage recruiting and employer branding events, such as job fairs, career events, or tech meet-ups;
Write press releases, media announcements, speeches, and other PR copy for Cluj site
Qualifications and requirements
Background in HR in a large company is highly desirable
Creative mind who has already gained expertise in Branding and Marketing from an agency, consulting or within a company minimum 3 years’ experience (employer branding experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Romanian;
Social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) understanding and usage in the context of recruitment, attraction, and employer branding;
Relationship building and networking within the company as well as within the relevant external networks;
Strong project management skills planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management;
Connected and up to date with the market trends regarding employer branding and integrating new generations into the workforce;
Ability to work well independently, but also partner effectively with the team and business leaders.
