  • Partnering with the client site stakeholders to develop Scope of Works for Indirect services.
  • Tendering the Indirect Service Scope of Works to the Romanian / Bucharest supply base.
  • Formalizing contract terms in line with the stakeholders standards to support new Scope of Works deployment.
  • Leveraging Local supplier Knowledge to support improvements in Facilities Management, MRO, Professional Service commodity areas.
  • Develops, leads and executes successful purchasing strategies
  • Conducts Opportunity analysis for spend management
  • Negotiates new contracts or contract renewals
  • Sourcing of multiple Indirect Spend categories
  • Rating and handling performance of suppliers, ensure supplier performance of all contracts
  • Ensuring that the services are as per the contracts
  • Dealing with suppliers globally
  • Making the plan and negotiating actively with suppliers
  • Scouting for better suppliers
  • Liaising with the customers to understand their needs & close them in a timely fashion
  • Performing basic spend analytics to identify the best available market price for the ongoing project
  • Handling effectively internal / external customers & partners
  • Working closely with different partners
  • Leading the plan for savings targets, timely deliveries, Customer happiness
  • Participating periodically to reviews with Regional Commodity managers to ensure strategies are aligned and pipeline activity is proceeding
  • Carrying out reporting requirements accurately and within target
  • Conducting Sourcing activities including RFI, RFP, price and contract negotiation
  • Building on existing knowledge of external practices
  • Updating the working procedures periodically
  • Training the other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager
  • Maintain and build relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate
  • Find opportunities for continuous operational improvement and innovate solutions Building relationship with peers from operations and with operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives
  • To follow and prepare deliverables present in the operating model in place and monitor that the team members tasks are performed on time and accurate
  • To carry out all reporting activities accurately and within the specified time scales
  • To offer support to the Project Manager (calls, presentations, decks, deliverables), act as manager’s process wise back-up
  • To drive initiatives to increase savings achievements
  • To be able to proactively identity opportunities for negotiations, for better pricing or contractual terms
  • To liaise with the customer to understand the requirements and close them in the given time frame
  • To negotiate and conclude those negotiations into standard frameworks / contracts
  • To ensure services are delivered as per the contractual agreement (SLA, critical metric, etc.)
  • Ability to solve problems in a timely manner and respect dead-lines
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

  • University graduate in Economics
  • Relevant sourcing experience
  • Good level of MS Office- Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Outstanding customer service orientation
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proactive and resourceful in solving problems
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, able to work with multiple projects
  • Ability to work efficiently in an international environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Organization of own work, able to work under pressure to meet priorities and deadlines
  • Good Coordination skills, ability to work effectively
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Concepts
  • Working experience in Oracle / SAP constitutes an advantage
