Our startups are provided with best in class mentors,experts in the industry, and access to enterprise customers to develop their businesses.At the heart of this sits our operations team which relies heavily on our financial planning and procurementcapabilities, which support the smooth running of the program with our startups, suppliers and partners.We are looking for someone to join our team with a detailed knowledge of the following:Core skills and experience required• Minimum 3 years finance and procurement experience.• Good knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite applications and Oracle iProcurement or demonstrableexperience on comparable financial systems and processes.• Excellent financial/quantitative data analysis skills.• Ability to articulate business and technical issues related to finance and procurement.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues, Oracle and other partners.• Ability to work with a range of people of varying technical knowledge at all levels of theorganization, and externally.• Ability to handle complex scenarios and exercise sound judgement when liaising with seniorstakeholders on troubleshooting.• Demonstrates proactivity and comfort with working in an often-ambiguous environment.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.• Good command of the English language, both oral and written.• Ability to work across UK and US time-zones with cross-functional teams.• Good command of the English language, both oral and writtenYour primary objectives and responsibilities will be:Procurement Support (75%)• Supporting the team with all procurement related activities, including processing purchase orderrequests, supplier management and invoice reconciliation.• Liaising directly with suppliers to obtain required information and communicate procurementupdates in addition to supporting new supplier on-boarding.• Creating procurement frameworks for successful repeatable execution.• Optimizing procurement processes and developing best practice, frameworks, and structures tosupport efficiency of Oracle for Startups program.• Responsibility for taking accountability on troubleshooting requests and supporting team membersto resolve complex issues by working with cross functional and country teams.• Working on multiple projects at any one time and prioritising workload and time to deliver resultsin a fast-paced environment.• Collaborating with other team members and internal Oracle functions to help support the smoothrunning of the program.Finance Support (25%)• Supporting the team with all finance related activities, including forecasting, actuals tracking, budgetreconciliation and financial reporting.• Liaising with team members to obtain required information and communicate finance updates.• Creating frameworks and structures for budget tracking and requests.• Optimizing finance processes and developing best practice, frameworks, and structures to supportefficiency of Oracle for Startups program.• Developing annual budget forecasts with team members to support financial planning.• Reviewing financial and accounts payable information, including analyzing existing budgets andtracking actual expenditures.• Conducting cost-benefit analyses for individual initiatives to guide decision-making.Who are you?• You are able to manage your time efficiently and work on multiple projects simultaneously.• You are open minded and eager to learn and build new skills.• You will be execution focused, organized and be able to deliver to tight deadlines.• You are detail orientated with an understanding that the little things matter.• You are flexible and comfortable to adjust, shape and change as the program evolves.• You will have a positive and creative attitude to solving problems, and have the ability to thinkoutside the box and ask questions to help improve the way we operate.What’s important to us:• Culture Matters: We will build great teams who embrace a common vision, principles, work ethic,and commitment to results. Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
