Responsibilities

Working as part of the extended team of Regulatory Project team, you will be responsible to deliver change management related to several reporting streams as a Business Analyst moving towards the role as Project Manager.

The role involves working closely with Regulatory Reporting production team, IT teams, Compliance, other areas of Operations and Front Office.

Specifically, you will be required to :

Reading through received regulatory requirements

Build an expertise over reports requirements and current processes

Understand the upstream and end to end trade flows of the products in scope

Analyse new impacts on the business and assess the technical changes, produce business requirement documents

Translate regulatory reporting rules and requirements into impact analyses, functional designs and estimates

Design delivery roadmap with IT teams;

Represent Regulatory in cross department meetings, working groups and project steercos;

Develop and maintain QA plans (Test scenarios, Test cases, test execution);

Coordination of different team’s work (onshore & off shore). Maintain delivery plans and track issues.;

Maintain high level design documentation detailing message and data flows, application interfaces and operating procedures

Ensure you play a role in production handover for each deliverable.

Proficient in Excel.

Profile required

Autonomy with creativity in solutions identification

Rigorous and organized, good analysis and synthesis skills, able to step-back and to have a critical spirit

Cooperation and team spirit

Abilities in written and oral communication

Experience in project management and / or business analysis with a focus on reporting processes and solutions

Banking experience , preference in Capital Markets / Treasury Operations with IT Implementation

A very good level of English is mandatory
