In this role, you have the opportunity to
Create and execute people agenda within Orastie Manufacturing Plant in Romania. Be responsible for deployment of key HR policies and processes, proactively guide the delivery of HR services, and based on a solid understanding of both HR processes and organization's need offer operational support in implementing the people strategy set by HRBP Manufacturing.
You are responsible for
Implementing and executing people strategy with HRBP, factory management and other stakeholders;
Acting as sparring partner for the factory management and HRBP on local implications and solutions for managers and / or employees in employee relations procedures;
Working closely with the factory management to understand and address factory issues and support local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions;
Managing local industrial / labor relations activities;
Leading discussions with labor unions;
Driving standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes;
Supporting and facilitating the development of managers in people management and manager self-service.
You are part of HR CEE team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field;
7 to 10 years’ proven work experience in Human Resources;
Solid knowledge of local labor law and labor unions law (experience with trade unions);
Change management & people performance management;
Stakeholder management and business partnership skills;
Communication and negotiations skills as well as conflict resolution / mediation skills;
Talent management, coaching and people development;
HR operations, HR analytics and payroll process knowledge;
Fluent in English and local language.
