Description :

Ensure proper project administration through data quality and accuracy in business systems by communicating closely with stakeholders across European World Area.


  • Create and set-up new projects in Oracle and Clarity Toolbox system;
  • Forecast, baseline, monitor and control project financial plans and As Sold budget;
  • Ensure the accuracy between Oracle agreements and purchase orders;
  • Project resource allocation in Oracle according to Project Manager or Resource Manager requests;
  • Project addresses creation (delivery address, bill to address, invoice address);
  • Create Purchase Order Acknowledgement Letter for customer;
  • Create and maintain quotations for iCenter projects;
  • Support project managers with accurate project data and progress for monthly project reviews;
  • Forecast project resources and perform proactive actions to prevent delivery delays;
  • Ensure project cost is correctly booked and revenue is timely and correctly recognized through properly invoicing forecast and creation;
  • Coordinate closely with procurement department for on time buyouts delivery;
  • Order DeltaV and buy-out (requisition) materials;
  • Ensure DeltaV materials are accurately forecasted and delivered according to project schedule;
  • Initial costing update based on preliminary cabinet design;
  • Ensure on time iCenter cabinets ordering through accurate part number and special model number creation;
  • Create and maintain change order requests;
  • Identify and create Material Return Ticket for issued items;
  • Labor budget maintenance and invoicing (Field Engineer Reports);
  • Maintain ownership and coordinate resolution of any issues that may arise during project execution;
  • Perform end to end project execution, from both customer and iCenter factory perspective;
  • Create and provide project documentation as per project managers’ requests (invoices, order acknowledgement, commercial invoices etc.);
  • Prepare projects for closing (invoices, budget review);
  • Generate standard reports (actual cost report, committed cost report, customer forecasting invoice report, bill of material and estimated to complete report from Clarity and Oracle business systems).

  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 yearsof relevant experience in a project environment (as project manager,administrator, lead roles);
  • UniversityDegree;
  • Fluent inEnglish, other foreign language is an advantage;
  • Goodinterpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated and very wellorganized;
