ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of GBS Finance.
The role is responsible for providing support to Order to Cash team by effective and timely delivery of daily tasks that include order release and collection activities, issues investigation and resolution.
He / she will work in a team of specialists, in order to ensure a positive relationship with the clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work comfortably with numbers and has attention to details.

Reporting Level : Order to Cash Team Leader
Geographic Scope : Bucharest
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR :
Providing support to internal / external customers (by email) and building a positive relationship;
Reconciliation of sales, payments, stocks through various reports and procedures;
Effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash services including : cash allocation, cash reconciliation, order creation
Ensuring adherence of activities to Audit and SOX Controls, identify & raise any breach;
Deliver Order to Cash processes according to the agreed deadlines and in line with audit recommendations;
Immediately bring up to the line manager any breach in existing controls and highlight any possible risks caused by lack of controls;
Uses SAP confidently in the workplace, demonstrating the ability to run reports from different areas of SAP;
Analyze relevant KPIs in order to perform root-cause analysis and propose mitigating actions whenever vital;

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
Attention to details and problem-solving attitude;
Ability to communicate in a professional manner at all levels and apply high professional standards;
Positive thinking and ability to easily work with others;
Experience in working with SAP for financial processes and systems would be an advantage;
Good Microsoft Outlook (email), Word and Excel skills;
Strong analytical and numerical skills;
Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written);
Customer oriented skills and great teammate attitude.
This role is a fixed-term contract for 5 months!
