The Relationship Manager is responsible with coordinating overall relationship with Financial Institutions clients within the relevant target market, in line with ING’s policies and procedures.
Determine together with the Sector Head the strategy for the Financial Institutions segment and implement the marketing plan for each year together with the subordinate team;
Develop a solid foundation of macro and financial knowledge related to financial institutions, with an in-depth understanding of the main forces / behaviors / trends that determine / influence the market;
Builder intelligence market, tracking closely and regularly updating a well-defined listing of prospects and monitoring competition;
Develop for each relevant Client a strategy to improve both the overall relationship and the share-of-wallet as a result of internal discussions with the wallet sizing team;
Prepare and deliver to customers, in collaboration with colleagues in the Product departments, strategic presentations to win / maintain the primary relationship and position the ING bank as a trusted partner for the company;
Maintain a continuous dialogue with the Client at different levels : CEO / CFO / Treasurer, to ensure a good execution of the strategic client account planning;
Ensure the proper KYC execution of FI files.
We are looking for a person with
Degree / post graduate technical or legal degree;
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the financial-banking / relevant sector;
Capable of developing a strategic approach;
Capable of prioritizing and making quick and accurate decisions under pressure;
Capable of managing a conflict;
Customer oriented attitude and mentality;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English;
Leadership & communication skills;
Passion for the customer
