About the Role

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the projects and processes for automations and integrations among tools and platforms used by the Commercial team to communicate internally with other departments and externally with our clients.
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing Sales Operations Team in achieving the team mandate.
Team Mandate :
Maintain and provide recommendations for improvement of current workflows and automations.
Create and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and visuals for training purposes.
Supports the direct Manager with communications with other departments for initial request gathering, project structure, testing and training.
Support the SCS Commercial Teams with operational related issues.
Support the CRM system migration process.
Lead projects planned for integration of tools with our CRM system.
Monitor key metrics for SCS Commercial business.
Create and maintain Power BI reports for SCS Commercial Team.
Develop your own ESG and Sustainable Finance industry knowledge.
People management activities :
Assure the fulfilment of the team mandate, maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and manage personnel assigned.
Lead the execution of hiring including initiating recruiting / relaying with HR, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Programs and ensures Onboarding of new joiners is timely and successful.
Delegation of tasks; primarily responsible for team productivity and quality as per SLAs
Lead by example, engaging the team to achieve goals and acting proactively to ensure smooth team operations.
Coach high achievers, support their career development and monitor performance (through weekly check-ins, workload rebalancing, quarterly OKRs setting and performance reviews).
Track, measure, and report on daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to stakeholders.
Stakeholder capacity management to ensure no impact on project delivery.
Communicate any questions, issues, or recommendations with regards to process, workflow, technology, methodology, team morale etc.
Ensure adequate engagement levels of the staff to drive business results.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate needs to be a genuine team player who can reach objectives individually, as well as through close collaboration and coordination with other team members, based on Sustainalytics’ relationship-focused consultative sales philosophy.
The candidate should have the following qualifications :
Alignment with Sustainalytics’ mission, vision and values;
At least 5-7 years of business experience, 2-4 years of people management experience.
Excellent technical skills.
Organized, responsible, willing to take ownership and initiative.
Operational experience with CRM Dynamics 365 / Salesforce, Power BI / Tableau, Asana.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
Business English oral and writing skills are essential, as the company’s working language is English;
Strong People, Project and Process Management skills
Practical experience to produce process documentation and reports.
Ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment with competing timeline.
