Our team support the services business and is responsible to define, design, deploy and improve the processes and capabilities needed by Operations for the Quote to Cash area.
We cover all type of services business (contractual, Per event or Time and Material) and the services revenue we support is around $ 2B per year world wide.
What will your role be?
The Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) DaaS Region Process Manager will be responsible for the Quote to Cash processes applied in his region and the DaaS business area.
The successful candidate will work directly with the Business Leads, the Global Process Engineer and the Contract Management Operations team to ensure successful deployment of designed processes and process improvements
What will your day consist of?
Lead complex business and cross-functional projects and initiatives for the region
Work with all business stakeholders to prioritize projects and build the yearly roadmap for owned processes
Build projects plans including timelines, objectives, and deliverables
Influence business leaders by presenting insightful analysis and recommendations for optimizing the business performance
Present the business cases to the organization's Director and other stakeholders
Be responsible for achieving the targeted business performance and all annual objectives
Lead and / or participate in global projects from his area of expertise
Offer guidance for the projects and programs with an increased level of complexity at the global level that falls into his area of expertise
Revise the results of projects and make recommendations for strategic decisions
Identify areas of improvement for owned processes and set strategies, start projects for achieving the improvements
Develop and maintain the relations with business partners and offer advice for successful implementation of the recommendations for process improvements
Who are we looking for?
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
Typically 4-5 years of related experience in business operationsExperience in any of the following : Contract Management Operations, services and support, SAP T&MTime and Material business knowledge is a plusBusiness or Systems Analyst experience preferred
Typically 2-3 years of project management experienceExperience working in cross-organizational / functional project teams.
PMP and / or LSS certifications desired
Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills.Mature negotiation skillsLeading and influencing across teamsTeamwork focused
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, excel, Outlook)
High level of professional competence
