We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who has a proven track record in driving development and product excellence and can partner with our teams effectively to drive impact. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements within the context of the overall business and helping to transform them into actionable product plans. You will also work with internal and external partner teams to align vision and objectives against the product roadmap, manage risks, define and implement processes to help keep all teams aligned, and ultimately deliver impact. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, cross-organizational and project management skills and thrive in a highly innovative, fast paced, evolving and ambiguous environment.Responsibilities
oManage a portfolio of processes with associated partners/customers, managing the execution of the processes while driving process learnings and improvements
oGather requirements and define proper solutions (both process and tech) with the mindset of extensibility and scalability
oInfluence direction of solutions with a strategic view on future aspirations
oEnsure proper business case/ROI has been done for feature prioritization
oEffectively manage prioritization discussions as they relate to features/requirements and roadmap
oWork with product, design, and engineering teams to determine product strategy and prioritize feature projects, and work with the teams to help manage risk around the defined plan
oWork with all teams to understand dependencies (both internal and external), and manage risk associated with highly dependent projects
oManage expectations, alignment and communications with customers and stakeholders through cadenced reports, statuses, reviews etc.

Qualifications
o10+ years of Program/Project Management experience with demonstrated success in software
o5+ years of experience in workflow management and process optimization.
oBachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred. Education in technical area or equivalent work experience preferred
oKnowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications required (with knowledge of Oracle’s products/services/applications preferred)
oAbility to learn quickly and work independently while dealing with ambiguous situations, with a strong positive attitude
oStrong cross-group collaboration in solving complex problems
oAbility to anticipate and analyze risks and develop mitigation plans
oDetail-oriented, organized, critical thinker
oStrong communication skills (written and verbal)
