Our Technology department is focused on Enterprise Product and Services, Infrastructure Management, Applications Operations and Customer Service Desk.

Using state of the art technologies, we are offering hi-tech solutions to Vodafone clients in 6 European markets.

The Budapest based center started its operation in 2007. Now it serves as a Financial, Enterprise, Business Intelligence, HR and Sourcing HUB, continuously focusing on supporting and improving processes in 29 countries and offering solutions to 150 Vodafone Enterprise Customers.

Your day to day :

The PMO analyst role will provide the support to the Escalation Management & Presales Feasibility teams in terms of analytical data and KPIs, flagging potential issues to the Head of the Customer Solution Enablement and Presales Customer Solution Team Leader.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business :

  • Analysis and performance management
  • Maintenance and definition of Customer Solution Enablement KPIs
  • Standard and ad hoc reporting
  • Publish Customer Solution Enablement Dashboard
  • Provide input to the Customer Solution Enablement team for any reporting queries
  • Support the problem management process within the Escalation Desk
  • Support Presales Feasibility reporting activities
  • Maintenance of Presales Customer Solution tools (e.g. SharePoint)
  • With these skills you are a great candidate :

  • University degree
  • Excellent MS Office skills (esp. PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SharePoint)
  • Excellent English skills : Level B2
  • Sound understanding of best practice in methodology, Telco business processes and frameworks (eTOM or ITIL) used to delivery complex solutions
