If success motivates you, you belong at ADP. Job Summary : The Billing Analyst should ensure all client master data is maintained in the various ADP systems accurately and their main focus is to respond to all internal and external queries in timely manner.
The Billing Analyst should review and correct, whenever needed, the bill runs, manual invoices and credit notes for all products, accurately and completely according to the deadlines in the monthly schedule.
Responsibilities : Set up and correct client data on the billing systems & make calls to clientsCarry out detailed checks of new client data that has been set up on the systemCorrect and prepare bill runs for various ADP products on a timely basisComplete all controls checklists for relevant bill runsEnsure all deadlines on the monthly checklist are achievedRespond to clients and internal business associates on the Siebel system and shared Billing e-
mail inbox, in line with agreed timescales and perform metrics (KPIs)Assist the Team Leader with projects and ad hoc requestsUpdate process documentation monthlyEscalate concerns or difficulties to the team leader on a timely basisEnsure the telephone is answered promptly and professionallyReview validation errors produced by the systemProduce and distribute manual invoices and credit notesReview of the first invoice of new client, to validate they are setup correctlyMonitor from a Billing perspective such a big players throughout their entire contract lifecycleSkills Requirements : Fluent English (written and oral) and communication skills are essentialDemonstrable ability to communicate at all levels.
