You will be part of the global HRIS team and will report to the Global Head HRIS & Employee Services. You will be an Expert on the data entry within SAP Human Capital Management system on both personnel as organizational data as part of the global HRIS team.

You support the data entry which is required to support the temporary double maintenance processes, large and / or cross country organizational changes and data corrections coming out of interface logging and / or data quality measurements.

This is a temporary contract for 1,5 year with the posiibility to extend.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • You enter the data in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) system
  • You create new entries of data to the system
  • You correct existing data if required
  • You input the organization structure changes in SAP HCM
  • Signs of success

  • You enroll data with no mistakes
  • You are able to check the data for discrepancies
  • You identify ways of improving your daily work in order to be more efficient and effective
  • Skills we can’t do without :

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Data Entry
  • First working experience in HR
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM (PA Personnel Administration and OM Organizational Management)
  • Knowledge of Excel at advanced level
  • English at very good level
  • Skills we’d like :

  • Knowledge of other European language
  • Dynamic and positive attitude, with a proactive mind
  • Very good communication skills
