Your role and responsibilities will include...
Establishing the vision and driving feature development for several gameplay areas (ex. Passing, Dribbling)
Being the spokesperson for your team, writing clear design documentation, communicating current goals and progressing within and outside your immediate remit
Receiving and providing relevant, constructive design feedback to other designers and producers
Understanding users' needs and ensuring the gameplay elements developed by the team will contribute to player satisfaction, enjoyment, and experience
Utilising proprietary tools to prototype gameplay mechanics and identifying opportunities for improvements
Working with cross discipline teams to implement game systems and gameplay mechanics
Reporting to the production leader
The skills and experience you'll need...
A minimum of 4 years of professional development as a Producer or Designer working in the video game industry and creating top quality games
Gameplay production track record
An avid FIFA player, with a deep product knowledge and passion to work on one of the biggest game franchises in the world
A team player, who fosters collaborative spirit within the team and helps form a stimulating and fun work environment
This position is based in Bucharest, however remote options can be explored for the right candidate.
