About the role
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for delivering the analytics supporting spend management and sourcing projects in procurement.
The role includes working with key procurement systems and analytics tools, supporting market sourcing events, and project planning and tracking.
The position has global responsibilities across procurement and reports to the BPM Lead within Booking Holdings procurement.

What you’ll be doing :
Deliver the spend analytics, market insights development, events (RFP’s and related insights development) all to help drive an efficient sourcing process.
Deliver the reporting to support the PMO, including saving tracking and reporting, senior level communications.
Keep the central procurement website updated for the business.
Deliver vendor related information and insights to support vendor management.
Manage and improve the reporting tools (iValua, analytics and project management)
Support the ideation and implementation of global sourcing strategies with research and insights leading to opportunity development.
What skills do you need :
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in consulting, analytics development, or business process improvement.
Minimum of 2 years of working in a global environment.
Experience with data analytics and project management tools.
Deep knowledge of working with excel, powerpoint and other related databases.
Experience in working with Finance, Procurement and the business owners to estimate, validate and report savings.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and manage conflicting objectives to deliver value creation
Fluent English language written & spoken.
Experience with Source-to-Pay tools (e.g., iValua, SAP Ariba) and other procurement and finance tools is highly desirable.
