Your day to day :
The purpose of the Digital and ZTO team is to harness the capaibility of digital and automative technologies to refine and improve the existing fault fixing journeys within our support teams across all opcos in Europe.
In doing so we will fix faults more quickly, simply, and therefore with less cost than before.
The role holder will establish portfolio flow, balance funding allocation, and employ dynamic forecasting and prioritisation, as well as holding principle accountability for the key measures that define success.
Working in a new SAFe environment, this encompasses managing productivity, capacity, work in progress limits, benefits, portfolio planning, stakeholder engagement at all levels, and adopting lean governance principles and tracking metrics / reporting end to end for the portfolio.
This role is important as it determines the ability of delivery teams to be effective; and given the drive to agile ways of working and focus on digitalisation the role will become increasingly important to the business.

Portfolio lead for the central VNO strategy
Collection and collation of all GNO and Market KPIs and updates for SteerCo and Executive level reporting
Setup of collaboration frameworks to improve GNO / Local market collaboration for Digital Operations Transformation
Building a strong understanding of local market digital road-maps and ensuring alignment to the central strategy.
SPOC for local market interaction, ensuring alignment with the central digital strategy.
Accountable for the execution of the Financial Planning process for DOO including all key annual financial planning cycles (9+15, 5+7 etc.
and in year budget management activities
Digital Benefit Realisation reporting
Responsibility for defining the key measures and success criteria for the VNO digital programme
Financial governance and reporting
Ensuring alignment between multiple opcos in KPI measurement.
Validation of claimed benefits from digital projects
Point of contact between central function and separate OpCos
With these skills you are a great candidate :
Knowledge of agile frameworks, eg SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
At least two years experience in data analysis
Experience of working in an agile or SAFe environment, preferably in context of a digital operations
Strong interpersonal skills, and able to present data to varied audiences.
Related degree or additional qualifications preferable.
