Our client is one of the world leaders in providing telecommunication services to multinational & local companies as well as other types of customers.
You will be involved in activities like :
Coordinate marketing wave deployment, in order to meet the deadlines;
Implement complex marketing campaigns using specific systems;
Execute, monitor and interpret marketing campaigns and fulfillment process (definition, response management, etc.);
Determine the causes of flaws in the process and take the appropriate actions in order to reach the final scope;
Coordinate with marketing department and external providers in order to synchronize the sub-processes (using the appropriate business language);
Negotiate with campaign managers and other persons involved, in order to get to an agreement regarding intermediate and final outcome (date, volumes);
Improve and maintain campaign’s and sessions’ flowcharts in Unica systems;
Monitor data flow between source systems and Business Intelligence objects and provide the necessary support for data preparation session(updates, data preparation);
Provide complex answers related to customer’s data or customer’s loyalty or Direct Marketing activities by retrieving and analyzing data from internal storage systems;
Analyze complex correlation between different direct marketing activities, how one influences others;
Monitor and evaluate platform team deliveries to ensure compliance with business expectations;
Provide feedback on business and technical related skills within the platform team;
Promote best technical and organizational practices amongst the platform team;
Creates and maintains technical and business processes documentation;
Provide recommendations to management on improvements and changes to increase quality and overall results;
Ensures DQ checks;
Ensures the deputy position for the CRM TL when requested.
Analyze Campaign performance (measurement, reporting, dashboard);
Provide complex reports on customer’s loyalty / satisfaction;
Provide reports on ad-hoc requests.
University Degree in Marketing, Cybernetics, Mathematics & Informatics or comparable experience;
Minimum 3 years experience on a similar position;
Relational database knowledge;
IT marketing tools (Affinium Unica);
SQL / Oracle knowledge;
MS Office Package Proficiency.
Non-technical requirements :
