Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability.

Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.

Key Responsibilities

The Inside Product Specialist will be responsible for technical support to the sales team and to the customer in enterprise products and enterprise services.

  • Develop the business in Servers, Storage, Network and Services
  • Design technical solutions to support the need of our OEM customers, prepare proposals
  • Follow up the opportunities by phone or e-mail, ensuring that you have a first qualification before making a conference call (project date, budget, complexity)
  • Overall quarter pipeline
  • Ensure that you frequently use professional services, partners or internal resources to deliver the best solutions to our customers
  • Essential Requirements

  • Expert in enterprise solutions and architecture
  • Good English & French skills in writing and speaking are mandatory
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment and with remote teams
  • Ability to cope with change and ambiguity in a rapidly moving competitive environment
  • Strong drive for results
  • Great team-worker and positive attitude, customer-oriented attitude and good communication and presentation skills
