Conductsinitial analysis of requests and respond to customer;
AnalyzeCRM related issues (general inquiries) - Identify and Provide solution;
Analyzeand Troubleshoot CRM system issues with 3rd party vendors and cascaderesolution to the team;
Analyzeand Troubleshoot data integration errors;
Troubleshootsdata transfer and load issues (Using CRM Dashboard tool);
VerifiesNew Customer accounts and works with Customer Vendor Data Hub team for creationof accounts in the business systems;
Validatesand checks CRM data / records;
Createsand Sends maintenance announcements to end-users;

Analyzesand Troubleshoots CRM system issues with users and other administrators;
TroubleshootSystem Issues such as; User profile and access, Data visibility, Minorapplication issues, and Minor workflow issues;
Analyzesand document new features or changes related to the system upgrade;
PerformCRM regression testing and manual testing;
AnalyzesChange Request in CRM;
Implementsnecessary fix or improvement (Change Request) in CRM;
CreatesCRM technical documentation / user manual for Best Practices and Frequently AskedQuestions;
UpdatesCRM work instructions for existing processes.
Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent (Computer Science, Information Technology, InformationSystems or similar);
Knowledgein ERP systems such as Oracle CRM or similar Sales and Marketing system;
Knowledgein Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio);
Knowledgein data administration, manipulation and warehousing experience since therewould be a lot of data validation and organization that will be done in thesystem;
Knowledgewith relational databases and SQL queries;
Writtenand oral English skills in a technical environment;
Analyticalskills and aptitude for logical thinking;
