Be fluent in English / German / Italian / Turkish;
Have good technical knowledge about cars;
Have work experience in first or second line support;
Understand automotive after sales issues;
Be able to work in an effective and quality-oriented way;
Have the ability to engage productively with customers;
Have strong communication skills and a pragmatic attitude.
For this specific position you will need to :
Take ownership of technical issues and collaborate with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary;
Be analytical with a willingness to explore options to solve technical customer issues;
Communicate effectively with customers, including expectations for callbacks and follow-up on their issues;
Follow helpdesk process to support cases;
Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps;
Provide technical advice and answering queries from clients;
Update records with resolutions;
Suggest improvements to working practices.
