As a member of our hardware design engineering team in Hybrid Electrical Vehicles business unit you will contribute with your experience to this technology by developing the electronics which control the electrical machine and the energy flow.
The impact of your work in design will launch one of our products (48V DCDC convertors, invertors and BMS).
As a Senior Electrical Engineer your main tasks will include to :
Define architecture of the product according to product specification and defined processes;
Perform detailed design calculations and simulation of the proposed solutions;
Perform worst case analysis of the modules;
Perform schematic and layout integration and optimision in acordance to standards and EMC guidelines;
Interface to System, Software, Mechanical;
Be responsible for training / mentoring others with relevant tools, related processes and technologies;
Contributing to project planning, tracking and reporting.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization. Job Requirements :
University Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Automatics and Computer Science;
Show passion for electronics;
Have the ability to design advanced analog and digital circuits;
Have experience with design software and hardware tools (schematic, calculation and simulation tools : e.g. Mathcad, LT spice)
Show advance knowledge of design verification and analysis (e.g. hardware tests, equipment handling, worst case analysis, DFMEA, etc);
Have advanced English - reading and writing skills;
Minimum 7 years of relevent experience is requied;
Have good communication, documentation and presentation skills;
Have experience in manufacturing flows for electronic equipment is a plus.
