Salary 21.000 - 23.500 RON net per month
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and / or Computer Science, or equivalent industry
experience; At least 2 years of working experience with databases (SQL);

As a DevOps Engineer - Payments Tribe you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the operational environments that support application / solution development and deployment, including server and software management.
You will deliver support to our customers by providing quality and fast resolutions, involve in fixing production bugs and constantly looking to improve and / or automate our processes and procedures.
The DevOps role requires gaining knowledge across the whole stack (like operating systems, disk management, databases, networking, performance, web site, load balancing, security, backups, disaster recovery and configuration management) while also being involved in day to day activities of the squad.
Your Day to Day
Working within Continuous Delivery or Continuous Deployment processes;
Deploy application functionality in Test, Acceptance and Production;
Participate in DR / BCP plans;
Maintain SLA, System Availability, Capacity management, and Performance KPI
Working in an Agile environment;
Track, monitor and analyses defects in order to mitigate the impact on the project release and ensure that the system is deployed to meet the level of reliability set by the customer on the correct infrastructure;
Investigate, analyze and document production incidents, according to SLA agreement and urgency;
Escalation of incidents to 3rd line support, if needed. Work closely with all parties necessary in order to solve problems;
Problem management process for incidents;
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the application is functioning as expected;
Create and maintain an up-to-date documentation and procedures of your area of support;
Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes and flows, in order to prevent human error and increase processing speed and the ability to detect errors;
Test production bug fixes and new developments, when needed;
Offer help and support to newer colleagues.
