You will join the Screening Application Team, being involved in scaling the team successfully and working closely with the Delivery Manager, the Architect, the Squad Leads and the Product team to maximize the short and long term impact of the team.

We are looking for an expert Engineering Manager to join our Screening Application team. You’ll get involved in scaling the team successfully and working closely with the Delivery Manager, the Architect, the Squad Leads and the Product team to maximize the short and long term impact of the team.
You will be responsible for managing 4-6 cross-functional squads.
You will work closely with Product to ensure that the right environment is created for the team to build and deliver quality software to fight financial crime for some of the biggest names in the business.
