Lufthansa’s Digital Delivery Lab & Innovations Department is looking for Product Owner to support us in our crucial projects.
The Digital Delivery Lab is a kind of innovation platform that aims to upgrade the LH Group to new digital business models, innovative product ideas and digital technologies for a digital future.
The added value of the Digital Delivery Lab is to provide not only technologies, but also methods (eg Agile, DevOps) that allow you to create more than one model.
After a first iteration, a so-called "Minimal Viable Product" (MVP) is created, which can then be tested and further developed.

Main tasks :
Cooperation with other Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers and Developers,
Presenting product to all internal and external stakeholders and ensuring their involvement,
Conducting analysis for your product as well as its development projects,
Defining and announcing releases,
Providing information about the status of product,
Plan and prioritize initiatives backlog and development for the product,
Proactively identifying process bottlenecks and leading initiatives to resolve discrepancies or other issues when identified, tracking and reporting issues through to resolution,
Backlog management as part of product development and ensuring transparency of product backlog,
Capturing, summarizing, and reconciling of functional and non-functional requirements with customers and the team,
Translating requirements into Epics and Stories in a Product Backlog,
Your profile :
Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Product Owner in the IT industry,
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology,
Open, communicative, decisive,
Good knowledge of English and Polish in speaking and writing (B2 / C1),
Willingness to travel (at least for the initial phase).
