About this opportunity
The role of Junior Recruiter is located in Bucharest and its purpose is to support the senior Talent Acquisition team, and to learn & develop competences in recruitment area
What you will do
You will first learn, and next support the team with :
Candidates screening and interviewing process
Direct search and contact for candidates
Collecting data on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas
Generate data-driven market insights
You will bring
Desire to develop within recruitment / talent acquisition field
Bachelor Degree
Fresh Graduate who has been involved in extra-curricular activities where it was confirmed accountability and initiative;
Very good written and verbal communication skills in Romanian language and English;
Interest in assessing and understanding human behavior (basic understanding of what are skills, competencies, and behaviors)
Interpersonal skills ability to build trustful relationships and collaboration.
Fast learner curiosity; critical thinking; self-thought; solution-driven;
Adherence to ethics and compliance principles;
Results-oriented being focused on delivering with quality and speed;
Good abilities in working with Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Word)
