How could you help us do this?

The is responsible for the coordination and consolidation of the commissions expense result for the sales business units.

The Manager will lead its team into increasing in depth analysis on the commissions result while performing operational excellence on a monthly basis, exercising a strong understanding of the financial results and collaborating with other teams into achieving the best outcome for the profiling of the sales compensation expense.

What kind of work would you be doing?

  • Deliver the commissions result to the finance managers and directors of each market with the objective of achieving predictability and uniformization of the commissions expense;
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, policy, and guidelines development along with engagement in processes design;
  • Coordinate and participate in the monthly commissions accrual calculation process plan, design, and model readiness;
  • Deliver the expected commissions result to FBPs and maintain a collaborative relationship with the stakeholders;
  • Lead the analysts team through the increase of scope and complexity in order to provide valuable feedback on the overall sales compensation process;
  • Drive the bottoms up commissions accrual process for an accurate YE accrual;
  • Interact with other teams (SCO, Sales Opps, Payroll) for a better management of the commissions concept;
  • Drive the SOX certification process;
  • Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes;
  • Lead moderate to complex financial analysis for a global sub-business or finance function, exercising a good understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives;
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business;
  • Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a limited scope;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.

    What achievements should you have so far?

    We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in this role, you should have strong financial & management experience within a corporate environment.

    Exposure to a tech company would be great, but we are flexible on this!

    In order to be able to build meaningful relationships with all of your colleagues in this region, we do need a fluent English speaker.

    If you also have a degree in a relevant subject (economic, finance, business operations), great!
