Implement and rigorously follow the Corporate Human Resources standard methodologies in terms of people management, performance evaluations, motivation and talent development;
Design and implement action plans, mentoring and / or coaching sessions, lead talent development and career management;
Manage various ways of recognizing and rewarding achievements;
Handle potential conflictual situations inside the teams;
Accurately and timely report and update the information on salaries, leaves, incentives and any other information related to human resources practices, such as employees’ health or health and safety measures at work, etc.
Participate in the recruiting and selection process of new team members and ensure accurate on-boarding of the team, according to company procedures in place;
Carry out onboarding / off boarding procedures;
Ensure LTO and New Joiners Curriculum completion for new joiners as well as regular trainings;
Support the architects in supervising the staff performance and ensure individual and team objectives are met by following the established standards;
Maintain a positive behavior in the team;
Coordinate motivational programs for team members;
Ensure the compliance policies communication to the team and the awareness for all team members, as well as the monthly reports for the Compliance department;
Maintain a good collaboration and effective communication with the management team in order to stay up to date with process and customer related issues and initiatives;
Ensure regular updates of floor dashboards with human resources management related topics;
Ensure monthly / quarterly / annually updating of the statistics and data on team members for retention purposes;
Keep a close collaboration with colleagues Pathfinders and Process Architects to be informed about the process or human resources related issues / initiatives that can have an impact on the account;
Initiate and implement different projects and initiatives across the team / Genpact which take into consideration human resources management practices.
Ensure support in implementing different programs and initiatives related to the employment, wellbeing, retention or exit of persons from the team;
Ensure support for HR team and the account manager for disciplinary and non-performance cases when or if required;
Support difficult discussions with the team members on topics such as : performance, interpersonal exit, disciplinary related issues etc.
Promote Genpact's values across teams in supervision.
Meaningful experience in people management related roles : e.g. team leader, FLM, HR catalyst, Process Trainer etc.
Several years of experience in a BPO / Call Center / Shared Services environment (represents an advantage)!
Experience in project management.
College or Master's degree in Human Sciences is a plus.
