Business Area : EMEA A&C Business OperationsCountry : RomaniaLocation : BucharestGrade : Non-billable contractorJob Title : EMEA A&C Business AnalystDESCRIPTION : Oracle's EMEA Alliances and Channels (A&C) organization is unique organization, responsible for partner business management and revenue generated via channel, ongoing development and execution of A&C programs and strategies.

Oracle partners are Oracle Partner Network program members.The EMEA Alliance & Channels (A&C) Operations team manages the adoption of programs, processes and systems for the EMEA Partner Business.

The team is specifically focused on providing operational and business support to the EMEA A&C Specialized Sales teams as well as to back office and interact with departments such as Systems, Technology, Finance.

As a member of the EMEA A&C Business Operations team, you will provide business support, reporting and analytics support for key EMEA A&C business initiatives and Specialized Sales Units such as Servers Storage ODA (SSO) and for Oracle Digital Partner Programs team, especially assisting in management reporting, financial analysis and dashboard preparation at a central level.

We are therefore currently looking for a highly motivated person with proven experience in operations and business analysis, able to work both independently and as a team in an international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support the creation of specific EMEA A&C Systems KPI’s (key performance indicators) to measure business growth and performance, KPI’s based on revenue, pipeline, bookings, partners, agreements, resell rights and others
  • Preparation of Systems Dashboards and regular reporting and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Preparation of Tech reporting and support the analytics of the Oracle Digital Partner Programs team
  • Participate in management meetings relating to the business initiative and report on trends, compliance and suggest continuous improvement plan for the specific program / business initiative.
  • Produces ad-hoc reports as required by senior management on a variety of areas.
  • Manages execution of day-to-day business operations including : o Pipeline and opportunities analysiso Business analysis and reporting of key initiativeso Support on forecast preparation o Aligning Territory management & maintenance of territory defined hierarchy with central contact
  • Work / interface with EMEA A&C field sales operations, Business Sales Ops, Regional A&C Teams, Global Operations and OPN teams to ensure the EMEA partner business is supported by consistent, standards based processes in all Sales Operations areas
  • Drive the adoption of specific business initiative’s by becoming an expert on the practices, processes and policies of the business initiative and / or programQUALIFICATIONS :
  • University Degree preferably in Business administration or Economics or Computer Sciences
  • Strong Computer Skills (MS Office, medium to advanced knowledge of MS Excel)
  • Proven experience of working across business units, business analysis, reporting development and working in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of project management, multi-tasking and presentation skills
  • Attention to details and orientation to results
  • Fast learner and easy adapting to change
  • Ability to work within tight timescales and good time management skills
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal parties across regional / divisional A&C teams and EMEA A&C Operations
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
  • Ability to work on his / her own
