The Team Leader Wholesale Know Your Customer is responsible for managing the activity on the team’s projects, planning, coordinating and monitoring the operational activities within team’s perimeter.

  • Specifically, you will be required to : Manage all operations related activities in accordance with Know Your Customer procedures and ensure the good quality of service and the achievement of objectives;
  • Manage the activity and improve the performance of the team, distribute the workload within the team / between the teams, ensure proper compliance and proper application of procedures, perform managerial checks for team members, monitor and evaluate the overall performance results of the team / KPI monitoring (productivity & quality) and implement corrective action plans if necessary;
  • Consolidate a relationship of trust and effective collaboration, organize / moderate / coordinate operational meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Actively participate in recurring governance committees, check and validate the monthly invoices according to forecast; Manage operational risks / permanent supervision (specific GPS controls);
  • Act as an ambassador of flexibility and open-mindedness, perpetuate the autonomy of team members, ensure clear and transparent communication at team level;
  • Active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional tasks, provide support in the implementation / transition / definition of new activities / processes;
  • Participate in the hiring process with the recruitment team. Ensure good collaboration with the actors on the client side and provide support in the implementation / transition / definition of new activities / processes.

  • Experience in team management (min. 1 year of experience in a leadership role) mandatory; Good knowledge of Compliance / KYC (Know your Customer) activities, regulations, standards;
  • French language advanced level (minimum B2 writing and reading), English language - advanced level is an advantage; Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent communication and decision making; Management of daily tasks in an efficient and structured manner; Openness to changes, creative thinking, attention to detail and rigor;
  • Team spirit, the ability to animate, motivate and convince, good active listening skills.
