The Autonomous Mobility and Safety business area develops active and passive safety technologies and controls vehicle dynamics.
The product portfolio ranges from electronic and hydraulic brake and chassis control systems to sensors, advanced driver assistance systems, airbag electronics and sensorics.

As a goal-oriented person, your role will be to understand the customer need, drive the implementation of new system functionalities and, together with a passionate project team of engineers, to deliver high quality solutions to our clients in time.
Do you want to be part of the Vehicle Dynamics (VED) team as a System Requirements Engineer? These activities should spark your interest :
Collect requirements and other technical information provided by the customer and all involved contributors
Evaluate customer requirements on system level, if necessary, together with base development.
Support the definition of the functional and non-functional requirements
Analyzing, engineering and refining the requirements of the product needed by the development disciplines teams (e.g. : Software, Hardware, Mechanical)
Implementing and maintaining the traceability of the internal requirements with the customer / stakeholder requirements
Act as a central contact person for project requirements and all requirements related topics within a project
Create the documentation for own area of responsibility, according to the process
Identify (functional) risks and propose measures
Manage and find solutions for technical issues jointly with the engineering team
Coordinate technical teams to decide about technical solutions when a new request from the customer is identified
A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization. Qualifications
Engineering degree in a relevant field (Automation and Computer science, Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
Experience in automotive or similar industry
Experience in Hardware, Software or Systems Engineering.
Experience in requirements analysis / management
Good planning and organizing skills
Proven initiative taking and problem solving capabilities
Experience in working in a distributed team in an international environment.
